Meet Josh Giampietro
Josh Giampietro is a real estate agent with Greer Real Estate, LLC, working across Cape Cod. A Cape Cod native, Josh grew up in Sandwich and graduated from Sandwich High School, giving him a lifelong, ground-level familiarity with the towns and neighborhoods he now serves professionally.
Josh entered real estate about a decade ago, starting out with a developer in Forestdale before moving into both residential and commercial work on and off Cape. That mixed background gives him exposure to a range of property types and transaction structures across the Upper and Mid-Cape.
Josh lives in Sandwich with his wife, children, and dogs.
